According to the latest ranking report of young universities (Young University Rankings 2024) in the Times international ranking database and in line with the plans and attempts in collecting, translating, and uploading information and documents in the relevant time frame in 2023 made by the experts of the books and publications office of the Deputy of Research and Technology of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences towards improving the rank of this university in the international ranking systems, Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences succeeded to obtain the rank of 300-350 among the world's young universities. Also, in the first year of applying for University Impact Rankings 2024, Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences was ranked 1000-1500 among universities worldwide and 17th among Iranian universities.

Universities that are 50 years old or less are evaluated by Times Young University Rankings 2024. The ranking considers teaching, research, citations, international outlook, and industry revenue indicators. These rankings aim to accentuate the achievements of young universities and provide a different perspective on traditional university rankings, which often favor older institutions with more excellent reputations. Newer institutions can also present their progress and innovation and demonstrate that they significantly impact higher education despite their relatively young age.

 

About Asia University Rankings 2024 and based on the indicators of the number of international students, gender ratio of students, education, research, and industry, Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences obtained the rank of 400-500 among Asian universities.
