Considering the importance of changing the approach and the necessity of organization in internationalizing and ranking universities, the first comprehensive school of tactics and techniques for internationalization and upgrading university rankings was held at Isfahan University, where about 160 people from 25 provinces and 60 universities and research institutes of the country attended. This school was held with the presence of the universities' representatives to present the status of internationalization in research and education, identify the indicators and criteria of internationalization, understand the competitive advantages of universities, determine the strengths and weaknesses of universities in global ranking systems, increase international networking and cooperation in international research and its impact on university ranking, improve profiling skills and visibility of the universities in social networks, evaluate and promote the universities' websites, brand researchers and the universities, find strategies to improve the ranking of publications and indexing in international databases, and transfer and share the experience of foreign universities (Australia, Canada, America, France, Germany, Finland, Turkey, etc.) with the domestic universities.

In addition, this school emphasized the importance of achieving scientific authority, expanding the boundaries of knowledge, and investing in the internationalization of the country's higher education system to gain a high position in the world rankings. It is enough about the importance of this issue that universities can, through international activities, attract audiences worldwide for their educational, research, and technological products and earn wealth.

It should be mentioned that the first comprehensive school of tactics and techniques of internationalization and promotion of university rank was held by the Center for Scientific and International Cooperation of Isfahan University, the Center for Electronic Education, Free, and Specialized Services, and the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology of Isfahan University from September 9th to September 11th, 2024.
