All submissions to the journal go through a double-blind review process. A peer review system including two or three reviewers is applied to guarantee the quality of manuscripts. Initially, editors perform a preliminary check and reserve the right to decline the process.
The review process follows these steps:
- The editorial board assigns the manuscript to scientific reviewers (and statisticians if required).
- Reviewers submit their detailed evaluation reports.
- The editorial board evaluates these reports to determine the outcome.
Possible Editorial Decisions:
Accept
Minor Revision
Major Revision
Reject
Note: Authors typically have 15 days to resubmit revised manuscripts. Extensions may be requested via email. Final decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief.
